Community Calendar

Yuma County Victim’s Rights Committee will hold a vigil as part of Domestic Violence Awareness Month.
There will be speakers, music, refreshments and informational booths.

They are inviting the community to gather to mourn those who have died as a result of domestic violence, celebrate those who have survived, and connect with those who work to end the violence once and for all. This event will provide us the opportunity to recognize the need for all in our community to step up and support not only victims of domestic violence but those who support and advocate for such victims as well.

None of us are immune from the violence and how it affects victims of all ages. Please join us as we are “United Against Domestic Violence.”
