Bissell Pet Foundations first Empty the Shelters of 2021 is set to be their largest event ever!
May 5 -9, they will be sponsoring reduced fee adoptions at 200 shelters in 37 state and HSO Yuma is one of the participating shelters! They hope to help you find a pet to provide a forever home.
