Community Calendar

The community is invited to an upcoming joint performance of “Peter and the Wolf” by the
Arizona Western College Community Band and Ballet Yuma.
As part of the AWC Community Band’s fall concert, students will be performing musical compositions by Sergei
Prokofiev alongside a choreographed ballet by Ballet Yuma. The “Peter and the Wolf” ballet has been performed at
schools across Yuma County.
The concert will be held at 7 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 21, at the North Schoening Center on the AWC Yuma Campus, 
The event is free and open to the public
